Top Seven Support and Sales Questions

What does your license include?

The license includes lifetime access to the Fluenz language levels you purchased. This includes access throughout the lifetime of every platform or product, including Fluenz Online, Fluenz Android App, Fluenz iOS, Fluenz iPad, Fluenz Flashcards, Fluenz Audio, Fluenz Assessment tool, the Fluenz Commons community, and Fluenz Audio. We guarantee this access, and the ability to manage the user's contents, the tracking and syncing functions across the devices, as well as update to fix content errors and/or technical breakdowns, for two years from the time of purchase, or the lifetime of the product, whichever is longer. Our history is one of having provided new products and platforms for free to older users without regard above and beyond the original commitment we made to them in our Terms of Service. At our discretion and whenever possible, we intend to continue providing all Fluenz content to our customers regardless of the original Terms provided.

How many users are allowed per license?

You can associate a single Fluenz ID to each language program. This Fluenz ID will enable one account of Fluenz Online, one iPhone App, one iPad App, and one Android Phone App. They can be used simultaneously. By logging off and on on Fluenz Online you can access the program on any desk or laptop you'd like.

How do I use Fluenz offline?

Fluenz is fully available offline via our Android and App Store apps. As soon as those devices are online they will sync your progress through the program, and you can jump on and off any online and offline without missing your last place in the program.

How do I get started?

After your purchase Fluenz we send you an activation email (please check your Spam tray if you don't get it). If you are certain the email was never sent please send us an email, as it is possible there is a mistake in the inputting of the original email address.

Does the license expire?

We guarantee this access, and the ability to manage the user's content and other critical syncing tools, for two years from the time of purchase, or the lifetime of the product, whichever is longer.

What's Fluenz7 and what's the difference with other versions?

Fluenz7 encompasses all feature, technology access, App upgrades, and content changes incorporated into the program as of May 1, 2020. Most current users have been automatically upgraded to the different new features and changes as they have taken place in different platforms. Every single user since the first buyer of Fluenz Mandarin in March 2007, is eligible for a free upgrade to Fluenz7.

Finding my old Fluenz ID or my password?

Answers to technical questions

I get no audio on my iPhone or my iPad Fluenz Apps.

Please verify that the device isn't on silent mode. The button on the side should not be showing red. If it's an iPad Air, swipe up from the bottom screen and make sure the bell does not have a line through it (see below). https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203121

My iPhone or my iPad App is frozen.

Please force quit the Fluenz App by double tapping the home button on your device, then locate the Fluenz App that is open and swipe up to close. Restart the device and re-launch the Fluenz App. If the issue persists, delete the Fluenz App and reinstall.

How can I return a license?

You can return your license for a full refund by sending us an email to usersupport@fluenz.com

I purchased through Amazon but haven’t received my email?

Once Amazon charges your credit card our server sends you the activation email. If you don’t have it it’s either on your Spam box or it hasn’t been sent. The only reason it wouldn’t go out is if Amazon hasn’t charged you yet, which can happen if you choose free non-Prime delivery. In those cases Amazon can take a few days to start shipping your box, and they won’t charge you until that happens. We’ll send you the activation email as soon as Amazon confirms payment.

Do I need to download the App to work with Fluenz on Mobile?

While you might be able access Online.Fluenz.com from your mobile device you will encounter many compatibility issues. By downloading the Fluenz App for your device you’ll be working with a platform that has been specifically designed for your device.

What devices does Fluenz Android Phones support?

Fluenz Android for phones has been optimized for the Galaxy, HTC, and Nexus families. However, it works in many other devices.

I have sound issue with my iPhone when I run the Fluenz App?

Where do I get my serial number?

You shodivd have received a serial activation code via email shortly after purchasing. Please check the email address that you used to order Fluenz and verify that it didn’t go to your spam folder. Can I transfer my Fluenz ID if I sell my Fluenz box?

You can’t transfer the licenses assigned to your Fluenz ID to another Fluenz ID.
